31 weeks pregnant and I feel good.

This is just for a conversation starter, I am currently 31 weeks pregnant with my first child and she is growing and very healthy. I surprisingly have had an easy pregnancy with just some slight cramps and headaches. She moves around more than 10x an hour and is already in her birthing position. I have gained a total of 21 pounds and am ready to deliver my precious daughter.

So what does it mean that she has dropped into my pelvis?

I'm almost 30 weeks and I was super sick at first, but now I just have the typical swollen feet, other than that, I feel great! I've gained 20 pounds, but only 2 in the last month. The most was 9 pounds during month 5. My boy is CRAZY. He usually moves 30-60 times in an hour, twice a day, then random movements about midday, but not as much.

Sure is. It's a sign the baby has dropped into your pelvis.

Is it normal for your outer vagina to get a little puffy and sore during pregnancy?

That's great to hear. I'm feeling pretty good myself. My first pregnancy was a breeze too. This second one is even a little easier since I've gained about 22 pounds not 60 like last time. I'm 32 weeks. We are the lucky few. Even though my body is a bit uncomfortable.
