Strange Appetite

I'm 10 weeks,  3 days in my first pregnancy that's made it this far. I'm having strange fluctuations in appetite. Sometimes I am starving and only want junk food or pasta or pizza (carb cravings) and other times everything sounds disgusting, I'm nauseous and I'd rather not eat at all. Anyone else? What should I do? Force feed healthy foods and not listen to my appetite?

If your nauseous off and on, its better to eat what your craving than NOT eat whatsoever. And those times you can't eat, try to only take small portions of things like saltine crackers, nuts, even a yogurt. But having something to coat your stomach is better than nothing and will hopefully help neutralize the nausea so you don't at least feel sick. Hope this helps!!

I just want spicy foods with blue cheese and coke. Maple walnut ice cream. And nothing else would make me happier.

Im having the same problem. But I still eat because right now its very important to be getting more calorie intake than usual. When I really dont want anything ill eat bananas or cereal. Maybe even some crackers. Def dont force yourself to eat but dont not eat at all. And occasional junk food is ok
