I had to get mine turned at 37 weeks...it was a lot of pressure but I didn't find it painful...they were able to turn him and he has stayed that way...I'm so glad I tried it cause nothing else was working ...I tried the positions from spinningbabies.com and tried a chiropractor with no luck...let me know if you have anymore questions...oh this is my second baby so I don't know if it's more painful with the first, i've heard the success rate is better

My baby girl waiting until I was 37 weeks to turn head down. Try the excerises at www.Spinningbabies.com they really work in turning your baby naturally. I was going to have to have the same thing done, but I got her to turn before.
