Hi I am a ftm and 17 weeks with twins. I walk to work everyday (30 minute walk). Then work with children all day so that keeps me fit and going, then some days I also walk home after I finish my shift. I don't drive so I have to walk everywhere. Been told it's helped me to have strong stomach muscles what is good when being pregnant
I just go for like a 30 minute walk everyday. I think I'm going to start doing some light leg and and arm exercises as well just to be toned too.
Oh and if you have access to a pool, swimming is a great exercise for pregnancy!
