anyone else gagging?

I am almost 15 weeks and whenever I get hungry or know it's time to eat I end up gagging,  repeatedly. What gives? Will this ever go away?

I'm so tired of this phase, too. My dental hygiene has suffered greatly be ause foamy toothpaste is a massive trigger for me.  I know I need to eat frequently to help keep the nausea in check, but the thought or smell of food makes me feel even worse. It really *****. I hope to be over this phase soon.

The only thing that works is eating, but it is hard with work and sometimes I just don't find food appealing. I'm going to ask my Dr next week.

Only thing that helps is not letting urself get to hungry. But for me that's hard because nothing sounds good or makes me nauseated.
Its only gotten worse since entering the 2nd trimester :(

It's to the point that the muscles in my throat hurt from the gagging/vomiting. I seriously hope this goes away soon! Hang in there ladies!

I do too! It's the worse in the morning before I have eaten anything for the day. One slightly off smell and I'm dry reaching. Sometimes Until I vomit. Eh it's disgusting!  I'm 14 weeks
