insecure and depressed feeling

Been feeling depressed a lot lately, and don't know how to deal with it. I'm CONSTANTLY bitching about stupid meaningless stuff.  I seem to always take it out on my hubby, which causes for tensions in the house. I haven't felt this low before, and i just want to be my old non-bitching self. Anyways does anyone have any healthy suggestions on how to cope?

Hello, like the comment above it your hormones. I had this with my first and whilst I'm expecting now.  I find a good cry and a relaxing bath with a bit of chocolate helps. And just remember everyone does understand, it's a huge change your going through. :-) life is to short to worry xx

I was going through the same thing but explained to everyone it's my hormones and to bare with me and eventually I was feeling much better and getting rid of my stressor one by one. Oh and making sure I got more sleep. It was rough for a minute I know exactly how you feel. I was getting mad at such ridiculous things too. Just tell them you love them even if you're feeling angry.
