Has one had any problems with caffeine I have cut it out almost completely I have a small cup of decaf coffee every couple days

I was told that high amounts (like 10 caffeinated drinks per day) is harmful by my first pedi. You should be just fine having a bit:)

Thats decaf so you cut it out completely irs not gonna hurt to have some caffeine.
