I'm 12 weeks and my doctor said to try not to take anything but if I must, Tylenol or Robitussin. Shaynaruth covered many options above. I too have been using a humidifier and Vicks vapor rub trying to avoid taking medicine. Hope you are starting to feel better!

Regular Tylenol 325mg for fevers. She got the list pretty good.

Doctors say you can take the original Robitussin for coughs, and you can take sudafed.  I am weary of sudafed because the purpose of it is to dry you up, and that makes me nervous.   I am Just getting over a cold.  I used Robitussin once (it did nothing for me)... I've been using Vick's Vapo Rub and the Vick's vaporizer at night.  You can use Hall's cough drops.  Tea with honey.  Neti Pot.  If your sinuses get super plugged, put an icepack on them to reduce the swelling in the nasal passages.  Saline nasal spray is fine.  If you get a fever, immediately call your doctor (it's bad for baby) but otherwise, get some rest.  I posted a similar question on here last week and not a single person answered. So I talked to the doctor and ALL of my currently pregnant friends.
