cool idea

So I'm 31 almost 32 weeks nd came up with a cool idea. They make these things called " Neat Sheets" they are basically waterproof picnic blankets you can get them at like Wal-Mart or something like that. So I was thinking about putting one on my bed under the regular sheet so that way if my water breaks while I'm in or on my bed it doesn't ruin the mattress nd only affects the sheet nd or blankets in the bed. Thought it was a cool idea. Thought I'd pass it on in case any of you other pregnant mommy's wanted to give it a try.

Yea but I have a mattress pad nd sheets fit weird that's why I came up with the idea but yea I will definitely check in to the mattress liners nd see if they sell them around here

You can buy a water proof mattress liner which does the same thing only it's fitted for your bed like for instance if you have a queen or king size bed. I'm thinking of buying one so in case the baby is sleeping in bed and leaks her diaper it won't ruin the mattress. Didn't think about my water breaking in bed, good idea!

Yup :) exactly at that time i wouldn't even think of cleaning it up lol

Yea bc I'm sure when your water breaks you're gonna be more concerned about getting to the hospital as opposed to cleaning that up so it will just soak in nd your mattress will get ruined nd at least this way you don't have to worry

I've also wonderd how bad of a mess it would be. And what if it drys there eww:/  great idea!

That is a good idea. My water has never broke by its self but who know this time right lol. Ive also wonder00
