dental work?

Im 10 weeks and 2 days and part of my wisdom tooth had broken off im not in pain but have a sharp edge which is digging into my mouth a bit. Is it safe to have dental work done or even have the tooth pulled if need be? I plan to ring the dentist tomorrow and do you get any benefits if your pregnant?

I am having all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed the end of next month. OB approved and has to fill out a paper. He said I was fine to during 2nd trimester due to me wanting to take medication if I need to. Good luck. Hope you are pain free soon. I would wait but mine are bothering me and may become infected soon. I've waited too long being 25 already.
