My starter weight before I got pregnant was 118 and dropped to 115. Then I moved back home and my weight went up to 125 and now I'm 133. I did not like the fact I was gaining weight so fast and that I just lay around the house as well..so today I started doing more workouts that way I can be fit and have a easy labor. Hopefully I dont gain a lot of now. I just want a fit and healthy pregnancy. And specific workout routines you ladies do.?
