Need Help!!!

Ladies, I went into labor and delivery earlier today to get checked due to a lot of braxton hicks pressure and a popping feeling inside my vajay every now and then when I went to pee. So they checked me and said I was still only 3cm dilated and 50% effaced. The nurse checked me twice, and it has now an hour and a half since I left the hospital and let me tell you that I have now been having real contractions, they are painful and really annoying. I have been having them every 2-3 minutes. I don't want to make another unnecessary trip back to the hospital. So my question is, has anyone experienced this after a trip to the hospital? I am thinking that the nurse irritated me and that's why I'm feeling like this.  What do you ladies think? Thank you in advance and God bless!

I can't even walk or sit or lay or even stand. Every time I get one I don't know what to do. It's painful! Heading to the hospital now. And this might be tmi but before the house I went to pee and when I wiped, there was my bloody show!

No when they check you it cause you to contract. I went to hospital last night and they checked me 3 times last night and I was having contractions like crazy but only cuz they checked me down there. I woke up this morning and they went away

Yes they are real and real painful too. I'm about to head back to the hospital since they haven't gone away. They are getting stronger and they also seemed to be getting closer together. I just hope it's not another false alarm because I am so ready to have this little boy right now.

I bounced on the ball and they didn't go away, I am out walking and they still haven't gone away. They are still coming every 3 minutes on the dot and lasting almost a minute to a minute. I am still waiting because I really don't want to be sent back home again.

I gave not experienced this but have had crampy like feelings after a pelvic exam. I would say the nurse could have irritated you but if you are having contractions 2-3 minutes apart you should not be able to think can't talk thru them and thinking constantly that you need something for the pain. If they are just annoying it's probably just BH.

If you're having contractions that close together for over 1 hour you should definitely go.! Good luck!
