headaches

Hey ladies. I am going on 15 weeks tomorrow and have had a lot of headaches in my life but got them under control the last year. The last 2 days I have had one I can't get rid of and it is very annoying. Especially since I have to work. Any suggestions on how to get rid of it. I tale a med for headaches and Tylenol on top of that.

**forgot to add that the lavender and peppermint oil is rubbed on temples, across forehead, and on back of neck.

Have been battling migranes for 18yrs (and I'm only 28, so most of my life). I have had a few non medicine successes. 1- As per cream rubbed on temples 2- Putting hands and feet in hottest water tolerable (draws the blood from your head to the hands and feet) 3- lavender and peppermint oil. 4- hot or cold pack, each headache seems to respond to different temps. My OB put me on fioricet, but it was useless. My PCP put me on Tylenol w/Codine today. Hopefully next time I get one that will take care of it. Hope one of these suggestions helps you out, good luck!

I'm the exact same way! I'm 15 weeks today and can't shake this headache I've tried everything smh. It's probably the weather or dehydration smh. I guess it's just one of those grin and bare it times.
