heart to heart

The sperm donor of my child was caught letting his ex use his fb account to message her friends. He calms she hacked his account but i find that ridiculous with the fact that they've been broken up for over 4yrs now. He's mad at me cuz i dont believe his manipulative bs and tells me eff me and my child. My baby doesn't have anything to do with what we're going through and tbh everytime he gets caught cheating its eff my baby so since he wanna hurt me cuz he's  in the wrong, would i be wrong to slap him with a court order and move on with my life? Im not big on child support because i can handle my own, but he's not finna keep disrespecting his daughter because he's mad at me. Helpp

You definitely need to bring him to court for child support, no questions asked. I don't care whether you're working or not- you will be supporting two people on your own- you need that additional income. He helped to create this life so he *will* contribute to it, like it or not.

Also,  definitely do not give your daughter his last name. A real man, grown, independent, and mature enough to treat you and your daughter with the love and support you'll need will eventually come and you can all take his last name then. Keep your eyes on bigger dreams, that's the only way you'll ever get there.

To me I feel like if you can help make a baby than you should help take care of that baby!! Whether y'all together or not!! And like you said she has nothing to do with y'all problems he shouldn't even bring her into it that's just being childish! But if you feel like Child support is gonna change anything than what the hell go for it & if not than more power to you honey! But if you got be tied down for 18 ur's than he should too. Hope i helped:)

I don't think she should have his last name, he doesn't want to be in her life so why bother.

Having his last name should be a privilege not a right

Why give her his last name and every chance he gets he sayn eff her and she hasn't dis anything to him... My children has my last name because I know I will always be there for them n will never say eff them (Even tho their father are in our life but dwn the line u never kno) All u kno is that u will always be there.

Personally I would take the dad to court because he should be responsible for the child also. But I'm just saying that because I would really need him to help.

I'm totally of the opinion that the guy should pay child support especially if he's not going to be actively involved but if you think you can do it without then all the more power to you. Its all up to you and how much stress you are willing to handle I can tell you that going to court is a lot of work and takes a lot of your time so if it won't be worth the money to you then don't bother

It's obviously totally up to you.. Going to court could either start problems or make them better.. Of course it could go anyway, if you're capable of doing it on your own then more power to yah! I would just walk away and just take care of her on your own! Why stir the pot ya know? But if child support is needed and you think it's needed then take him to court! There are plenty of single moms that did it on their own, my mom raised 4 kids with no child support.. So it's honestly whatever you feel is needed. But if he's just gonna give you a harder time and make you more stressed with a new born I wouldn't even bother!
