You can help it. You choose not too. Just because you're pregnant doesn't give you an excuse to eat everything in the crave. Why don't you remove the temptation by not eating out and not having in your house then you do not have to worry about it if you're that concerned
Make sure you are still drinking water! You don't t want to become dehydrated! Also want to avoid infections. I was this way before I was pregnant and once I got pregnant I couldn't really stand to drink it but I had to stop a little at a time due to the caffeine addiction.
200 mg caffeine daily is fine
Omg i drink a lot coke too but not 3cans a day.. Just one.. and 4oz coffee in the am.. But thats no harm to the baby as per the caffeine intake guidelines . We Gooood!
