Anyone have any tips to jump start labor? Besides walking and having sex. Been doing things things and nothing is happening..

I agree don't do castor oil. Bad new reviews. It's an extemely last resort. The exercise ball has helped my baby girl drop quiet a bit. You can also do rasberry leaf tea and Evening primrose oil.
I heard ALOT of bad things about castor oil. Don't do it!!! Unless you wanna have massive diarrhea and really bad cramps
