10 weeks, super sore body?

I'll be 10 weeks tomorrow and I had a really rough/physical day at work. My body feels like I've been hit by a truck... is this normal since I didn't really ever sit down or take a break all day?

I'd be taking Tylenol if it didn't give me rebound migraines... I'd rather deal with my sore body than a sore body plus everything migraines bring along.  :/

I feel the same, I have a pretty physical job as I ride horses for a living but by the end of the day I feel like I've been hit by a bus and then reversed over, everything aches.
