I'm 7 weeks and pregnant and this is my first pregnancy. I feel nauseous and I can't handle any food that has certain smells
and if it does then I stop feeling hungry. It's hard to get myself to eat breakfast lunch and dinner. I know this is not good for the baby but what should I do? For breakfast I eat yogurt with toast, and for lunch sometimes I'll have a peanut butter sandwich or a fruit, and for dinner I just eat snacks and a fruit. If I think about food I feel nauseous sometimes. I'm also really bloated and constipated, and really sleepy. Help! I can't function like this and I definitively don't want to put my baby at risk for anything.

Thanks for the advice. I am taking my vitamins but only every other day because it's causing constipation. I haven't thrown up thankfully, but I'm not really hungry. Baby is putting me to sleep, I'm sleeping close to 12 hours a day and still feel tired lol.

You are eating more than I was!  I spent 3 weeks where I would eat just cereal.  Frosted flakes was the only thing I could keep down.  Lol.

As long you are eating, drinking fluids, and taking your prenatal pills you are okay. If you are tired, take a quick nap if you can. This is my second and I've never been so tired before. I take at least two naps and sleep 10hrs a night.
