miscarriage symptoms?

Lately I've had very bad cramps, and its not on one side or the other, just in the middle. No blood or anything though, but I feel as though I could have like a heavy period tomorrow or something. Anyways, I'm about 7-8 weeks prego with my first. And im wondering if this feeling is normal I've read some scary things online. Very worried.

Sounds like your uteruas is getting bigger for the baby as long as theres no blood or your not vomteing alot then you should be okay but i would see doctor better safe then sorry

If you are worried, go to the doctor.  Usually if there's no bleeding, there isn't much of a chance of miscarriage, but if it eases your mind, you can always go get checked.  I had a missed miscarriage last year.  lost the baby at 8 weeks, but didn't know until my 12 week ultrasound... Never bled. No cramps.  I even maintained all pregnancy symptoms, so I've requested more ultrasounds throughout my pregnancy to be cautious.  I'm only 10 weeks now, but I'll have my 2nd ultrasound next week.  Paranoia is awful.  Hope it works out for you.
