I cant seem to just stay calm, the little things that happen around me lately throw me off.. what would be a good natural way to help control my temper? Im scared that becuase i get so upset that im putting to much unnessacary stress on the baby.

I understand the hormonal mood swings.  However right now I'm just so nauseated, constipated, and exhausted...I don't have the strength to freak out. Lol.  I just lay there.

I was the same way at that time. It helped to talk things over with my spouse. He was the only one who seemed to be able to calm me down.
