nose bleeds

Is anyone suffering from nose bleeds? I'm getting quite a lot and last night I coughed up a huge lump of blood from the back of my throat, was pretty disgusting and shocked me a bit. Anyone else had experience of this?

I notice when I get hot thays when I have nose bleeds try starting cool:)

How dry is the air in your house?  Ours gets pretty dry when the AC is on so my nose bleeds quite often, and almost always at night just to be inconvenient.

I had a few in the middle of my pregnancy but it's not good to have a lot of them, it's normal for some people I guess but could also be a sign of HELLP syndrome which could be extremely dangerous for you, you need to definitely talk to your doctor about the possibility of it being HELLP syndrome I wish you the best of luck, keep me updated
