Toothaches are the worse. I recommend the other rememdies. I took straight Tylenol when I had my teeth pulled. I didn't even fill the Tylenol with Codeine or the Norco for the second time. Try some ice. I hope you feel better and get Tylenol soon :(

Clove oil (or ground cloves) for a toothache.  Just apply it to the tooth and gums and it will numb it up for you.  Plus, it's all natural.  My husband swears by it.

Eh i need to correct something: don't put an icecube directly against the sore tooth, but a cold pack against your face.

Other house remedies: clove oil directly on the tooth, a cottonbaall with strong alcoholic beverage (vodka, whiskey) presssedd against the tooth (try not to swallow to much of the alcohol tho), rinse with herbal tea with, as i can remember, peppermint and thyme, ...

I researched a bit for you: the aspirine goes through to your baby and has the same effect to the baby as for you. It can be poisonous in to high a doses and extremely dangerous for babies during first 12 weeks of pregnancy. It is however used medically at the end of pregnancy to delay labor etc.

So i think it isn't good for your baby, but a small doses just once won't be to harmful. The choice is up to you then if you are able and willing to bite through the pain till morning and you can get a safe painkiller, or not. I know how horrible tooth aches can be... You can try putting ice cubes on the sore area in your mouth and cold wash cloths on the sore areas in your face.

Paracetamol is the safest painkiller, but like all you shouldn't take to much. Did you go to a dentist?
