I found that a heating pad on the lower level helps me on my worst days as well as applying an ice pack. But never more than 15 minutes of each and make sure there is a layer between the skin
A low dose calcium pill and peanut butter if u dnt like bananas. The do wonders for the legs and for the ligament pain I take a bubble bath before bed it helps some. Ligament pain has been the worst part of pregnancy for me.
