sore help me plz :(

I just had my daughter Monday..I'm not breastfeeding and my boobs are so sore n hard. Any tips to ease the pain? I never had this problem with my first daughter never leaked or anything and I'm lost as to what I should do. Any advice is greatly appreciated!! :)

Took me three days to dry up with cabbage leaves

Yeah that's what I did hot showers and they told me in the hospital about the cabbage leaves

I heard cabbage leaves help get rid of your milk since you aren't gonna breastfeed.

You could try drink lots of sage tea, it is supposed to stop milk production. But if needed you should ask a doc, i think there are meds to stop production. Hot packs will make your breast softer and help milk flow out, cold packs are used to fight infection and slow down production.

Take a hot shower and squeeze. Hopefully u can express out some of the milk. U prob r just engorged and need to release some milk. I had my baby a month ago and I pump my milk and feed my baby cuz she has a hard time latching and its just easier for me.
