i am 36 weeks today! An I found that a 1.5 mile walk does allot. I ended up in the hospital last night with contractions, they sent me home though after getting them kinda settled down. But I did find out that I am pretty thin, an her head is pretty far down. I have a appointment today hoping they maybe do a ultrasound to check things out. But I have heard sex, walking and spicy foods. Good luck momma keep us update

I'm due Saturday and have tried everything... Walking, spicy foods, squats, bouncing on a birthing ball, pineapples, walking up and down stairs, sadly nothing has been working. I had my contractions down to 5 minutes apart but since I wasn't dilating any more the doctors sent me home.

Spicy foods and walking/swimming and cleaning. None of it has seemed to work like I start getting menstrual cramps but that's about it. Although my Braxton hicks have gotten more intense so I'm hoping that's something.
