weight woes =(

Blah, just got done with my doc appt. I'm 24+3 and have gained 12lbs so far this pregnancy.  I know that's normal, but i really don't want to gain much more, since i already needed to lose 30lb, pre-baby. Why can't being skinny be easy like it was in high school lol.

Im 27 weeks now and at my last appointment (which was at 24 weeks), I had gained 10 pounds. So I would say Im likely at 15 by now! Ugh. I know this is when the real weight gaining begins....that terrifies me!!! lol. I just hope it all comes off!!!

I'm 27w today I was 160 n on a diet to lose 10lbs  back to 150 that's my normal weight. So so far I've gained 25lbs n feel like a whale!!!! I know imma be 200lb by delivery in August smh!  I've bounced back to my normal after my other 3 kids so I'm hoping after this one I will do the same. I'm gettn a jogger stroller so I can run wit the baby after birth. I also plan to breast feed again cuz that helps with bringing ur stomach dwn quicker. Good luck to all!

After baby comes, YouTube workout videos that include baby! Or get creative and incorporate baby into your workouts on your own. Like using baby instead of dumbbells. The greatest thing about it is that as baby gains weight, you're going to get accustomed to it and before you know it baby is 20 lbs and you're using that weight to your advantage too!

I am almost 27 weeks and have gained 28 lbs. I was 135 to begin with. I am a very healthy person too. I am vegan, i eat a lot of raw fruits and veggies. When I cook, i cook healthy meals. At first I had lost weight. Now i am gaining like crazy. Yesterday I had a midwife appointment and I am measuring 5-6 weeks bigger than I should, not fat, just my belly. The baby and the fluid. I think we all are different, we will all have different ways our bodies will gain and carry weight. I think all you ladies are doing well

I'm also overweight, before pregnancy already. I first lost 2 kilos, and then suddenly, 2 months ago, i started gaining weight. Fast. It is scary. I have to keep telling myself it is normal, and try not to freak out about it. That's easier said than done. But i eat healthy (usually), don't snack much and only healthy stuff etc. I really hope my weight won't go to crazy...

I'm 26 weeks and I've gained 18 pounds. I've stopped worrying about it. Just eat when you're hungry and keep healthy snacks around. Don't just eat because you're bored. Its fine to give into cravings, but not twice a day. Just don't stress so much, it's totally healthy to gain weight during pregnancy, just try to exercise if you can_

It's just so hard to be motivated to lose weight once you have a newborn. This is my 3rd. My sister is doing a destination wedding next spring so i have to dig in and find the motivation to eat right and exercise after the baby. I've been told weight loss is 90% what you eat and 10% what you do, but i don't think i eat that bad. I'm glad to know I'm not along in this struggle though lol.  We can do this ladies!

This is how I am feeling lol! I think I may be at 15 lbs now due to the fatigue. I'm 25 weeks but honestly I gave up worrying about it. The baby weight will slide off but I need to lose 30 lbs as well after the baby weight does lol you're so not alone!
