A hot bubble bath helps some.and if u get leg cramps a low dose calcium pill and peanut butter helps.
Mines is sore most of the time to the point I want to just sleep it off. I have twins and they are so heavy that I don't know what to do. Sometimes I associate the pain with stretching but I don't see where I get bigger and other times it's when my stomach begins to harden that the pain comes. I was also recently told baby has extra fluid around them. But the pressure and pain that comes and goes through the day and night is becoming more and more intolerable. We will see what happens, i guess as long as they are healthy babies and continuing to grow I will continue to endure this pain. Good luck with the pregnancy let me know if you find something that works. Hubby is no help at all no matter how much I try.
Hm my stomach isn't sore really, but uncomfy. And the baby presses against my galbladder at times, which gets extremely uncomfortable and sometimes somewhat painful. And when i eat to much, my tummy feels and looks like it's about to burst... And then i think about that the baby still needs to pretty much double in size before birth... Eep.
*of and my phone is being wonderful as always
