when will it stop
I am 9 weeks 3 days pregnant and everything from all day sickness, fatigue, loss of appetite.. Its all getting the best of me... But outside of that is constipation, what can I do? My first pregnancy....
Some times changing vitamins or adding fiber supplements can help. I was getting sick from my vitamin so I switched to a gummy vitamin. I added a fiber gummy when I started having constipation. That has been helping me so far.
