Contractions

Hey mommies I'm 40+1 weeks FTM I'm having contractions every 10 mins for 2 hours now should I go to the hospital or wait till the get closer I'm in sooo much pain plz help ! And give me advice on helping this pain

It depends on many things..

Yesterday I was with contractions for over 6 hours, painful but not strong enough, so I didn't even bothered to call to my midwife and ask.

Is it your first?

For pain, take a shower! Hot water con painful spots is wonderful :)
