I am already nervous about how will labor go and now I won't be having my mum's support or any of my sisters.. Only my husband will be around and he won't be with me inside the room while delivering because he doesn't want to see what will happen.. Will i be able to make it alone .. I will keep you in my prayers; with my 1st. I was scared because I had no idea what would happen or even how to breathe or how to push. But I do know prayer has always worked. So whenever you get really scared or stressed. Take a nice deep breath and open your eyes very slowly. Say God will take care of me. Now with labor and delivery. You are a strong and viverant superwoman. You passed with making a beautiful healthy baby. You can do this. I am with you. I believe in you and I'll pray you have a fast safe and smooth delivery. Everything will be ok.Idk if the doctor has told you that you can make a birthing plan. It's a plan on what all you want to happen while delivering baby to keep you relaxed and calm if your going to be have baby by yourself. Oh here's an idea. See if mom and sisters can Skype in while you have baby so you can still have some forms of physical support. It's your body and your baby.  You can set the tone. I love you sister. You go amazing mom to be. You will rock it.

Oh such a shame!! But you will be fine, no worries!! The staff will be there supporting you!! And sometimes is better to focus on your body and avoid any distractions. About the support after, can you have a maternity nurse to help you the first few weeks?? If not, again you will be fine, just find a paediatrician and then follow your instict!! All the best to you and be strong!!! xx
