Anyone else having random bleeding?

I am 12 weeks tomorrow but tonight when u went to the washroom everything was fine. I then walk into the bedroom to change into my pjs and notice bright red blood on my underwear. Immediately go back to the washroom where the blood was kinda trickling out (two drops into the bowl).

I had pains this morning but nothing this evening.

Any guesses as to what could have caused it? Scared to go to the washroom to check again

Any bleeding needs to be followed up and it will be reassuring for you to know as well

Go to the e.r it can be normal but it can be a miscarriage.  My midwife told me go to the doctor if any bleeding occurs .
