Is it ok to eat peanut butter and Philadelphia ? I'm craving both

Cream cheese is pasteurized so it should be fine when they warn you to stay away from soft cheese they normally mean like fresh blue cheese and feta and some of those weird ones because they aren't pasteurized the same way

PB is good while pregnant. Lots of protein and iron. Philadelphia cheese? If so, cheese is really good too as long as it is pasteurized.
