I had found out last Friday the 9th I was pregnant had some light bleeding *discharge more like* Saturday and Sunday it was a darker brown color and then today I was cleaning my son's room started to cramp so I sat down a little later i went to the bathroom it was heavier but not alot of dark reddish/brown blood im not even exactly sure how far along I am I went yesterday for hcg level blood work and all they told me was it showed early pregnancy and have to go again Monday for more blood work to make sure my hcg level has gone up. Should I be worried!?

If you're concerned contact your doctor or nurse or visit the ER.

Bright red / period type blood is something to have looked into. Clots or tissue are a huge emergency!
Spotting, or even a very light bleed for a brief moment (especially after sex or internal exam) can be considered normal.
Cramping can be normal as your body adjusts to being pregnant, especially with movement and strain. If it is painful and disrupts activity then go in. Or if lighter cramping persists or worsens then also go in.

A combination of blood and cramping (especially without sex or exam) is something you should at very least call your care provider about and have them advise you.
