Try a bland diet, salty crackers, toast, ginger ale, sprite, I had a friend who could only eat dry Ramen for a while, also ******* pop products from target can be a big help as they have b-6 in them, as long as you can keep something down every day and water you will be ok, I know it ***** but try to hold on it gets better for most people

I just learnt that if you're tired you'll be more nauseous. Which explains why when I get up earlier or stay up past a certain point it's worse for me.

If you do essential oils, mint is suppose to help. I haven't tried it. Ginger gravol is my best friend. Never been this bad before! Even the freezer "smells bad"!

It is so releveing to know there's other mums to be in my place too the relief is immense. Especially when u beat urself up for not eating enough and worrying the baby isn't getting enough so thank you ladies. If thats the case at 9 weeks gosh can we stay at 8 weeks

I'm having the same problem. I'm also lactose intolerant and was trying ice cream or an occasional almond milk shake to get some nutrition, but pregnancy has made my lactose intolerance much worse (horrible diarrhea). I basically snack on gingersnaps and crackers all day, take my prenatal vitamin and tums (and pepcid, my GERD is fierce) and supplement it with ginger tea, water and a very healthy vegan green smoothie (also with some ginger in it). I'm eight weeks pregnant as well. I've read that the 9th week is the worst for morning sickness and smell sensitivity. I can't wait until we make it to the promised land of the second trimester. Hang in there, we're there with you!

Hey there I'm the same. And kind of reassuring to see someone is in the same boat . I'm 8 weeks too and I just don't want to eat I feel so sick. The midwife told me that as long as I'm taking folic acid that's the main thing . Everything else my body has what it needs to provide for the baby at this stage. Fluids are importnant but other than that we're doing ok. I'm struggling esp looking after two little boys on my own all week too! I just can't wait to feel human again!
