Swelling
This is my third pregnancy and I can't remember my feet and ankles ever being so swollen. What do you guys do for this?? I feel like i have elephant feet.
What helps with swelling in my feet is propping my feet up the wall and keeping them generally elevated. Good luck and happy delivery! Not long now!
Extra water and relax with ur legs elevated as much as possible as well as what the other person said
I would be cautious of sodium intake, and if you're on your feet a lot compression socks help!
