Waking at night feeling claustrophobic

Hello ladies, I wondered if anyone was suffering the same as me.... I keep waking at night, typically around 3am, feeling to closed up and claustrophobic.  I have to leap out of bed, as fast as a 28 week pregnant lady can.  I stretch and try and breathe deeply.  It's such a weird feeling.  When it happens I just think arghhh I have like 12 weeks left, I kind of feel like I need to be slim, although that's quite a bad description.  Last night I was so tired, but had to walk around the house deep breathing for at least 30 minutes to feel better.  It's all OK in the day, it's just at night when it happens.  Would be interested if this has happened to anyone else.  I will discuss with my midwife at my next appointment, but that's not for another couple of weeks!!!
