I have noticed the only thing that I can keep down in the morning is toast bread with a bit of butter. But I know how you feel. I try to take my time getting ready in the morning for work, cleaning, etc. my last resort was ginger ale and that seems to help.

Yes that's completely normal, it's only a problem if you become dehydrated or start losing weight. Under those circumstances you should talk with your doctor about it. I found sucking on lemon candies helped me greatly, but I still had  HG with my last two pregnancies. I had vomiting and nausea until the time I delivered and because they were Irish twins born 10month apart I was vomiting for almost 18months straight. My doctor put me on Zofran (no it's not dangerous) and I took that everyday. It didn't stop the vomiting completely but it certainly made me more functional and that alone was a life saver. Basically, if it's really bothersome for you, definitely bring it up with your doctor sooner rather than later. They can help. Feel better soon.
