I was at a loss what to put down in my first plan, but it depends on what your expectations are! I would like a natural birth but I will put down an epidural as a possibility as last time it was excellent, say whether you would like your baby cleaned up a bit before they hand him to you or handed straight to you, wether or not your planing to breastfeed, if you would like an episotmiey or not . . . Their are so many things to consider I found a few very helpful examples on the baby center web page.
