hey every one this is my first pregnancy and i am not sure on how i want to deeliver my baby in to the world lol sounds stupid i know but i am not at all one bit good with pain the slightest bit of pain i get thats me on the floor for hours out cold really that bad so any ideas on what i can ues as a form of pain relive that wil lstop the pain as i am worried bout going out cold during labour and it causing problems for baby and me
Nuban is a godsend if ur opposed to getting epi. It helps a lot with pain
epidural and they can give u some narcotics if necessary
