Is castor oil safe to help bring on labor?

The girls are right......It's not proven to bring on labor for 1, and for another, it WILL cause explosive diarrhea and vomitting...and who wants to deal with that at our stage in the game!?!?!

DO NOT DO NOT use castor oil for labor.  My girlfriend did it and the bady had a bowel movement while still in her and caused MAJOR problems for the baby, he got very sick and was in the NICU for 3 weeks.  If I were you, I would not do it.

what if you have a big accident while you are pushing, I dont think you want that to happen, because it gives you very bad diarhea, and I dont think that the doctors want to have to clean that up....
