I am one day shy of 35 weeks I had felt the exact same way until a few days ago. I can actually tell that the baby had dropped. I have not had to use my inhaler/nebulizer in about 3 days now compared to using it usually 3 times a day!! Its about to get better hang in there!!
The shortness of breath and body aches are normal.....I'm 35 weeks and can't make it thru cooking a meal without sitting down 3x to catch my breath....the baby is getting bigger and pushes up on the diaphragm so it makes it hard to breath...the extra weight kills your body too......As far as the abdominal pain goes, I would call the OB on call b/c she shouldn't be having that. Good luck,.
I think that you should contact your ob, this may be serious, maybe there is something wrong with the baby,
does she have a fever or is she getting chills????
