leaking

Okay I've been leaking colostrum for about a month now (I'm 35 weeks), no big deal. But lately it has been A LOT. Mostly from the right and a little from the left. I guess I have 2 questions from anyone with experiance. Is more leakage a sign of labor to start soon? I wouldn't mind him to come a little early (he's measuring BIG) - but not until at least 38 weeks. AND is it normal to leak more from one breast than the other? There is a significant differance in the amount from the left and right. Thanks!

I am 36 + weeks and Mine happens sometimes - but leakage is minimal - I barely notice it.  And yes now that mention it my left one does more so than my right.  Weird - but I think it is totally normal and no I don't believe it means that labor is going to happen soon.  Just a sign that your body is preparing for your little one.

I've only had it happen once so far and it was only from the left!

If it makes you feel any more normal, my right one leaks worse than my left does too!

I have been leaking since I was 18 weeks pregnant, and this doesnt mean that you are going to deliver soon, it just means that you have strong hormones and hopefully that you have a lot of milk.....

I know its normal to leak more from one than the other...I just checked with my Lamaze (old granny) today. I don't know if its got anything to do with labor approaching sooner... cos I have been leaking from week 20 onwards .. and it comes and goes.
