18 weeks pregnant and pelvic bone pain

so i' am 18 weeks pregnant and i have been having these sharp shooting pains in my lower pelvic bone area and i wanted to know if that are normal, i have been having them for about a week now.

I asked the doctor on Monday about the same thing cause I was getting the pain as well and he said its normal and the ligaments and muscle are stretching so good luck hope you feel better soon but i would advise you to ask ur doc if it persists

If you're really worried ask your dr at your next appointment, but I wouldn't really worry...our bodies are already starting to stretch and relax and prepare for delivery. There's a hormone called relaxin that is what it says...look it up. It basically relaxes the joints in your body from what I've read that's what causes a lot of the aches...
