no symptoms after 6 weeks

I am 6 weeks pregnant and I was feelign pregnant until 2 days ago. My breast were getting larger and were very tender. I was feeling tired and the feeling of fullnes in my womb. Then I got sick. I ate bad shrimp and had vomitimg and the runs for 2 days. Since yesterday my breast stopped hurting and, maybe because I haven't been able to eat much, my stomach is not feeling full. I had a pregnancy test yesteday at the doctor and it was positive again(after th 3 I took at home). I have been trying for 2 years and this is the 1st time we have made it this far...anyone out there has experienced this? Your breast hurt and then all of the sudden, they didn't? Help!

I have had days were my breast tenderness was not nearly as bad and my morning sickness didn't kick in until 10 weeks.  Sometimes it just feels like the symptoms go away when you are going through a lot otherwise.

Thank you! It is so hard to stay calm and not fret about every second of this pregnancy. I am 46 and this will be my last baby. I am so hopeful and at the same time scared.

I know it's hard but that does happen. I've heard alot of women say that their symptoms come and go. Try not to stress and see if you can have an US done to confirm. It's still early so things change quickly and you may have different symptoms pop up now. Good luck, I hope everything is ok.
