Also im a 12F could i be in pain because they are so big and heavy?? or is it possible that i could have a blocked milk duct do we even have those yet?? There is no lump that i can feel i just woke up with it yestoday morning

mine are on and off again painful.
i don't think our milk ducts are formed enough to be blocked, but i couldn't tell you for certain.
i would call your doctor if it's always the same spot that is hurting and make sure you are wearing a supportive well fitting bra.

Chewable calcium vitamins help for sore breasts...mine were so sore they hurt if my husband even looked at them! Hehe...I asked the doctor &she advised me of the calcium vitamins....it helped a lot, there still is presssure but it doesn't hurt nowhere near as bad. Plus it helps get in extra calcium for the baby :)

Mine have been terribly sore but are getting better now that I'm 13 weeks.  I would also recommend making sure you have a well-fitting bra.  I had more pain with one bra than usual and when I took it off, I saw that the underwire had been pushing hard into me.  I'm normally a 36-38DDD and at Motherhood I'm a 38F to 36, would be G if they made it.  I was smaller with my first two and I think the size and weight definetly has to do with more pain.  I like the chewable calcium idea, too.  I'm gonna try that!
I hope yours goes away soon!
