Lots of water &juice. Fiber rich foods & fruit will help.

milk probably wont do the trick. I have had these types of issues pregnant and not pregnant. What has always worked for me is fresh fruit or dried prunes. Not everyone likes the taste of prunes, but plums will usually do the trick too.
Also, a huge factor in constipation is lack of fluid intake. Try drinking at least 8-10 glasses of water.
One other suggestion that works for me is cracklin oat bran cereal. I think it is super delicious and it is full of fiber. If I have one bowl a day I am usually very regular.
