I am 21 weeks today. Tonight my breasts started leaking clear/whitish liquid. I can tell that they are changing, but don't know if its normal.

Yes. Your actual Milk will come in anywhere from 24hrs to 5 days after baby is born.(people who have c-sections usually come in later)

Awesome i just posted the same question in another pregnancy forum. im 23 wks and just started leaking from one breast. will it still be colostrum when the baby is born since its leaking early?

Yes totally normal. You are starting to produce.collostrum its the premilk that's a super food for your baby.
