should i call my doctor?

I am currently 13weeks 6days. I have been have a lot of very sharp vaginal pains. I get them when I use the bathroom, walking, when I stand up. Pretty much whatever I do it hurts. I was curious about being dialated so I decided to check. My cervix is usually much farther down and I can usually feel a tiny little slit, but now it is up higher and it feels open. I'm worried and I have only checked that one time. Should I call my doctor Monday? Should I go down to the hospital because of the pains and have them check? Or should I just wait till my next docotr's visit on the 29th?

I have this pain too but not all the time. Mostly when I'm really constipated! I asked my doctor and he said that it was normal as lo g as your not bleeding. If you are at all concerned then def call your doctor Monday and ask to be seen. There is no other way to put your fears at ease. Plus you would rather be safe than sorry.

I wouldn't wait til the 29th.  That's a long time.  If the pain continues today I would go get checked out.  I think it would be too early for your hips to separate but I don't know.
