You sound a little like I was in the first few days of hyperemesis gravidarum setting in. When it gets to the point that you can't keep anything don't please don't delay, go to hospital or call your doctor. It's absolute hell hun. I haven't eaten anything for days just living off of water.

I'm 8 weeks and felt sick from week 6 till now. Try to have crackers handy, saltines work best for me. Make sure to drink enough water so you don't get dehydrated. If you are feeling really really bad, talk to your doctor and he might prescribe you something. Someone also suggested ensure shakes to me... for the nutrients.

Hi. Im 7 weeks now and my morning sickness kicked off on week 6 too. Its awful : (  try getting the seaband bracklets you can get them in most chemists. I find they take the edge off. Also eating often ...I nearly have to eat something every hour to stop my stomach being empty. Its hard coz its the last thing I feel like doing but it helps. And also they say sickness n nausea is a sign all is going well in ur pregnancy. Congratulations and good luck.
