I had that problem a months ago,so I tried warning up a cup of water and sipped on it for a while!It helped me pass all that uncomfortable gas without feeling I was cramping!!
You can try gas-x! You might need to lower your lactose intake too. More water, less juices. Gas is totally normal though, you should mention to your Dr about how painful it is to see what they have to say too. =)
Gas pain...do some walk regularly....have cold milk....watchwhat you are eating ? Find the culprit food.....how are you eating? Are u eating fast and just gulping food or chewing properly? Take antacid after ur doctors approval,,..
