gas pain
Been having extremely painful gas pain & tums does nothing for me!! Any suggestions ladies? I would really like to get sum sleep tonight...the pains so bad I wake up screaming in my sleep & that does not sit well with me or my boyfriend!! He thinks im goin into labor!! Lol not funny but it is cuz his reaction is priceless
I had that problem a months ago,so I tried warning up a cup of water and sipped on it for a while!It helped me pass all that uncomfortable gas without feeling I was cramping!!
You can try gas-x! You might need to lower your lactose intake too. More water, less juices. Gas is totally normal though, you should mention to your Dr about how painful it is to see what they have to say too. =)
